A warm day on the coast of Maine is beautiful. This Spruce Point Inn proposal makes it even better. It was an honor being the photographer to capture their excitement.
Marc came to me with a plan to propose to Katie at the beautiful Boothbay Harbor resort, The Spruce Point Inn. The picturesque Maine coastline was a beautiful place for their special moment. The glow from the sun, set the mood for Marc’s big moment. She of course said yes!!!
Katie was all smiles afterward as we walked some of the trails on the property. She couldn’t contain her excitement. We ended the incredible evening back down by the water on the pier to get the Spruce Point Inn sign in the background to solidify the memory of this special day. They even did a little dance on the rocks so we could get the beautiful colors from a Maine sunset.
For proposals, coordinating outfits can be tough since you wouldn’t want to ruin the surprise. These two had a classic color palette of blues and whites that gave off a casual nautical vibe. Which made them pop off the greenery and was perfect for being on the coast.
