Capturing Christina and Giovanni’s Catholic Italian wedding was an absolute delight. Their celebration epitomized elegance, tradition, and opulence from start to finish. The day commenced at Christina’s parents’ magnificent residence, adorned with stately cars and an air of refined luxury. The grandeur of the house, with its marble floors and oil paintings, set the stage for a truly regal affair. Florals Christina’s man of honor designed for her cascaded down the staircase, mirroring the blooms in her exquisite bouquet. As she donned her wedding attire, including a robe crafted from her mother’s wedding gown, Christina radiated timeless beauty alongside her stunning bridesmaids. The moment she emerged from the entrance in her beautiful gown, escorted by her impeccably dressed father, seemed like a scene straight out of a fairy tale.

Meanwhile, Giovanni, known affectionately as John by his inner circle, prepared for the day at his parents’ equally magnificent abode. Antique furnishings and a serene stone fountain in the yard added to the ambiance of aristocracy and refinement. Christina’s thoughtful gifts to John—a bottle of Dom Perignon and a Rolex watch—spoke volumes of their mutual admiration and the thoughtfulness surrounding their union.

An Extravaganza of Elegance

The ceremony unfolded in a picturesque setting, enveloped in the warmth of cherished loved ones. Their Catholic service, rich in tradition, was mostly conducted in Latin, adding a timeless allure to the proceedings. Following their heartfelt vows, the newlyweds were greeted with a jubilant confetti exit, marking the beginning of their joyous journey together. As the church emptied, we seized the opportunity to capture intimate moments amidst the stunning backdrop.

We stopped by Boston Common to grab some family photos. I love this spot because there was lush greenery framing every shot. From there, we went to the reception, held at the Venezia in Boston. The meticulously designed cake, stunning decorations, and enchanting florals created an atmosphere of unparalleled beauty. Their first dance was nothing short of magical, enhanced by fireworks and fog, as though they were dancing on a cloud. There was also an awesome illuminated “LOVE” sign! It was a night filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories as guests danced into the wee hours.
