Let’s transport ourselves to a winter wonderland where love and enchantment intertwine – Heather and Trystan’s unforgettable Christmas wedding at Tupper Manor. Nestled along the picturesque coast of Beverly, Mass., Tupper Manor offers a blend of historic charm and timeless elegance, making it the quintessential venue for couples dreaming of a distinctive wedding experience on Boston’s North Shore. Adorned with festive decorations, from twinkling lights to wreaths, a majestic Christmas tree and vibrant poinsettias, Tupper Manor became a captivating oasis of celebration, setting the stage for a magical union. The venue’s grandeur, with its marble floors and ornate woodwork, served as the perfect canvas to capture the beauty and joy of this special day.
The Festive Celebration
The first looks at Tupper Manor’s entrance, decorated with wreaths and a big red bow, were nothing short of spectacular. Heather looked radiant in her dress, complemented by Trystan’s dapper attire and his extra fancy cane. It was a heartfelt moment when Heather noticed that Trystan’s lapel pin was a deer. This was a tribute to honor her late father. Trystan thought of this surprise himself, and it was beautiful. The bridesmaids also added to the festive ambiance with their stunning red dresses. The ceremony took place in the Ballroom under an extravagant chandelier, symbolizing the grandeur and beauty of their union. The wedding was Black Tie, adding an element of refined style to the proceedings. After exchanging heartfelt vows, we seized the opportunity to capture more memorable moments, including a unique photo where the ladies allowed me to get creative with a pool table photo. It was fun to do with with women, whereas traditionally a photographer might put the groom and groomsmen in the photo. The brides I work with tend to be strong and confident women, so I feel like that photo suited Heather well.
Cocktail Hour
The reception unfolded in the Conservatory. The elegant French doors of the Ballroom opened into this glass-enclosed marvel, providing a stunning backdrop for the festivities. There were deer motifs scattered throughout the decor which also honored Heather’s late father. Guests were treated to a mesmerizing performance by a magician during cocktail hour, delighting everyone with captivating card tricks and illusions. The night progressed with lively dancing, a sensational live band, and delectable desserts that tantalized the taste buds and kept the celebratory spirit alive.
Heather and Trystan’s Christmas wedding at Tupper Manor was a testament to love, tradition, and the magic of the holiday season. It was an honor to witness and document their journey, from the magical first looks amidst Christmas decorations to the heartfelt moments shared during the ceremony and the joyous celebration that followed. Tupper Manor’s timeless allure, combined with the festive ambiance and personalized touches, created an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. It’s moments like these that remind us of the power of love and the beauty of creating lasting memories in cherished settings. Heather and Trystan are truly such amazing people and make the perfect couple. I loved how Heather had this vibrant personality and she would randomly dance throughout the day. It was so cute and I had an absolute blast photographing their special day.
