Charlotte and Dan’s wedding at the Cobb Hill Estate in Harrisville, New Hampshire, was wonderful! This amazing couple chose a venue that perfectly reflected their love for nature and adventure. Cobb Hill Estate is a gem for those who appreciate the fresh, healthy air and the natural beauty of New Hampshire. The outdoor amphitheater provides a framed view of Mt. Monadnock and breathtaking vistas of three states. The setting was a stunning backdrop for such a special day, filled with love, joy, and picturesque moments.
Cobb Estate Wedding
Charlotte and Dan knew from the start that they wanted their wedding at Cobb Hill Estate. Charlotte, who works at REI, and Dan are both avid adventurers with a deep love for the mountains. When they visited the venue, they immediately fell in love with its serene and scenic surroundings. However, the venue was booked for the next year and a half. Undeterred, they asked to be placed on a waiting list in case of a cancellation. Luck was on their side, and they managed to secure a date sooner than expected. The only challenge was planning their entire wedding in just a few short months. With the incredible help of Charlotte’s mom, Kristin, they pulled off an unforgettable celebration!
Remembering Lily
One of the most touching aspects of their wedding was the tribute to their beloved dog, who was supposed to be part of the ceremony. Sadly, their furry friend, Lily, passed away unexpectedly just weeks before the wedding. To honor Lily’s memory, they tied her name tag to Charlotte’s bouquet, allowing her to still “walk down the aisle” with Charlotte. The ceremony itself was beautiful, set against the majestic mountain views with some special guests—the cows! Charlotte and Dan looked absolutely stunning together, and the heartfelt moments were plentiful.
Vineyard Hall Ceremony
The reception was held at Vineyard Hall, a beautifully set up barn that perfectly complemented the elegance of the day. The hall was adorned with lovely decorations, and the atmosphere was filled with joy and celebration. Guests enjoyed a night of dancing and indulging in delicious desserts. As the evening drew to a close, we made sure to capture some shots of the newlyweds as the sun set, providing a perfect end to a perfect day.
