Steph and Jeff were booked and ready to have their wedding with Meadow Ridge Farm in Winterport, Maine, and had a photographer lined up as well, when they found out their photographer was due to have a baby right around the time of their wedding, and they needed to look for a replacement. Luckily, their photographer recommended me!
COUNTRY VIBE
Steph and Jeff adorned the Meadow Ridge Farm barn with sunflowers and burlap with a true country vibe. The barn itself is authentically a barn, and not built just for weddings. The owners rehabilitated the barn and farmhouse specifically to be a wedding venue, and built their home on the hill behind the property. It’s beautiful, with amazing sunset views, and the owners are truly down-to-earth family people.
Steph and Jeff even had their dog as part of their wedding party, and were married on the edge of a pond near a beautiful weeping willow tree. Country all the way.
SUNSET TIMING
So many couples hire me for my knowledge of off-camera flash, and my ability to take after-dark photos and sunset photos. When we discuss your wedding day, I make sure to go over timing so in the event you have a great sunset we can capture that without worries of interrupting the events of the day and without pulling you from your party for too long. I pride myself on helping couples get what they want for photos without disrupting their wedding day and time with their guests.
