About the Photographer
I was born in Mt. Kisco, New York and was brought to Maine as a small child. During my childhood years, my talent for art and creativity was encouraged, and I was always enrolled in school and community art classes, contests, and programs. At the age of 10, I was given my first camera and photography has been a passion of mine ever since. I am an upbeat and energetic person who enjoys meeting new and interesting people, and collaborating with each person I photograph to bring their ideas and visions to life.
I started LAD Photography in 2004, and have been growing ever since. I specialize in wedding photography. I find myself so excited each time I am hired to photograph a wedding, and find great satisfaction in seeing two people so in love on one of the happiest days of their lives. As your photographer I am unobtrusive, friendly, and willing to work to make your wedding wishes a reality. When photographing a special event, I work well with other vendors (i.e. videographers, officiants, etc.) to ensure that we all come together to make your day special. My photographs capture the beauty of the smallest moments, as well as the romance and excitement of the major events of your day. Instead of simply trying to chronicle the events of the day, I capture the emotion of your event through photographs.
